There has been 3 increases in Styrofoam in the last 6 months. Watch your costs on these items. All disposables have gone up at least little in the past couple of months. Pretty soon it might just be cheaper to give your customer the actual plate instead of the Styrofoam.
Maybe institute a wash-and-give-back program.
